hort season description - placeholder. Founded on June 1, 2010 by Chai Ling, the entrepreneurial founder of Jenzabar, Inc. and former leader in the 1989 Tiananmen Student Protest, to restore life, value, and dignity to girls and women everywhere through targeted initiatives.

Its first mission was to end China’s One-Child Policy and its brutal practice of gendercide. With that goal accomplished, we turned our attention to equipping girls and women to rise above circumstances and become the masterpieces they were created to be.
